The place is reasonably priced. The Jacuzzi rooms are a little weird and humid and they feel dirty I mean you can feel something weird when you walk into the rooms. A great idea. It's convenient for downtown to mesquite to Garland to a lot of places so that's a plus. On the weekends it can be kind of a tough crowd. Overall it's not too bad and you're getting what you pay for
Love the Jacuzzi rooms. The prices changed drastically within months. Overall, my experience was great.

For the price the rooms are well kept, newly remodeled, comfortable beds, CLEAN, has a full size couch with couch bed, plus a microwave and mini fridge. You get more than you pay for here and the Jacuzzi rooms are always a gold time.
Remodel motel which is now better than how it was before. But soon rooms the appliances don't work right and don't have many channels on the tv. Other that it's in a great location don't have to worry about your vehicle and stores are walking distances.
The staff here are friendly and straight to the point. The rooms are spacious, fridge and microwave are included as well. I didn’t get the chance to take pictures. On a personal level, I prefer rooms with hard floors rather than carpet though. (Not a complaint.. just a personal preference) I would return for a stay here and would recommend a stay here.
Tina and Mike do fantastic job in taking care of their guests. A great hotel for the price. Conveniently located right off I-30 and Big Town.
Rooms are so nice for what you pay. $60 a night for king bed with full pull out sofa! $320 weekly, Jacuzzi rooms are only $20 more a night! Just moved here so staying in this place for a bit.
